3 Day Fit Flow
Fit Flow is a three-day program designed to boost your strength and endurance. You’ll sweat it out with a fun and athletic blend of strength based exercises. From cardio and plyometrics to yoga-inspired movements, these workouts will keep you guessing and get your muscles firing. At the end of each session, you’ll feel strong, empowered, and ready to take on the next challenge.
Day 1 Fit Flow: Core 360 with Meg
This 30 minute session will strengthen your core with challenging, high-rep exercises that target your front and side body, deep core muscles, and hard-to-reach lower abs.
Day 2 Fit Flow: Upper Body Blast with Meg
This 30 minute session will push, press, and pull your way to a stronger upper body. You’ll target your arms, shoulders, chest, core, and back in this high-energy class.
Day 3 Fit Flow: Lower Body Burn with Meg
This 30 minute session will sculpt and tone your foundation with this yoga-inspired leg workout. The class will focus on glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves to give you more agility, strength, and endurance.
