A 4 part yoga series designed to help you function at your best by balancing and aligning your chakras. Whether you are new to Chakras or already have an understanding of them and how they work, by the end of this series you will be able to apply the fundamental principles related to each chakra and apply them to a variety of asana’s (yoga postures) and pranayama (breath control) practises.
