This is a 50 min High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Yoga with Heather will get your heart pumping and make the need for you to choose between yoga and the gym disappear! Expect a unique and mindful workout experience that is focused on alignment and honouring your body, keeping true to the experience of a yoga class.
Each class will start with a warm up, followed by circuits of repetitive, explosive takes on traditional yoga poses. A cool down at the end will help you stretch it out and ground yourself before ending in savasana.
