This class is an active, flowing style yoga class proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility.
A dynamic vinyasa flow with a strong collection of traditional poses & creative fusion. Expect continuous movement synced with breath & music (playlist will be provided). This class will explore introductions to arm balances and inversions.
For new yogis, classes will introduce you to yoga in a supportive setting, and will include beginning standing, balancing, and seated postures. Emphasis will be placed on connecting breath and movement to propel you through the practice.
