This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Yoga class will get your heart pumping and make the need for you to choose between yoga and the gym disappear! Expect a unique and mindful workout experience that is focused on alignment and honouring your body, keeping true to the experience of a yoga class.
Each class will start with a warm up, followed by circuits of repetitive, explosive takes on traditional yoga poses. Options and variations will be provided throughout class to use our specialty props (weighted balls, resistance bands, and sliders) and to make each move accessible to all levels. A cool down at the end will help you stretch it out and ground yourself before ending in savasana
Use a small towel, cans of beans to replace props!
