A 50 min flow to fire up your core from the front, side and back! In this class we focus on core not only in static poses, but also in transitions from one posture to another. This flow includes plank work, standing poses, twists and arm balances to build supporting core muscles that help find balance and stability in our yoga practice and everyday life.
