Foundations, 3 Day series. Focus on your posture and asanas, from the ground up. We will focus on 'earth below us', the foundations below us, starting at the feet up, ankles, legs, and all the way up to our hips.
Foundations, Day 2. Class focus will be on the fire within us, lots of core work and twisting.
