An active, hands free flowing style yoga class proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility all compacted into an effective 30 min flow.
Moving together through a 60 min slow flow practice we will be moving with intentional embodiment. Guided along with the poetry of Rupi Kaur.
This is a multi-level class focused on developing synchronization of breath and the logical flow of movement to build strength and balance in your practice. You will dive deeper with a non-aggressive approach and modest pace for a more open, graceful body and greater self-awareness.
Technical and Empowering. Geared towards yogis working toward more experienced poses who thrive with the dynamic movement. With focused segments to train the finer details of alignment and transitions for an advanced practitioner looking to dive deeper into the grasshopper pose.
