Students will move in a continuous flow from one posture to the next,
combining breath with their movements. Together with the breath, students flow mindfully
through the postures that lead naturally from one to the next. Students should be familiar with
basic yoga poses. The class focuses on correct alignment, breathing, movement and focusing
on the mind. Students will end the class feeling energized and rejuvenated. All levels including
beginners, are welcome and will find the class accessible.
