This is a 50 min Gentle Hatha with Shannon. This class is based on functional, approachable movements meant to facilitate a deeper range of motion, more overall strength, balance, and breath awareness. Expect guided meditation based in breath work, anatomically sound and creative sequencing, sun salutations and balance postures. This will be followed by seated stretching and mat work, ending in guided relaxation and a very restful savasana.
