For new yogis, classes will introduce you to yoga in a supportive setting, and will include beginning standing, balancing, and seated postures. Emphasis will be placed on connecting breath and movement to propel you through the practice.
Endless vinyasa flow to the beat of new and old R&B hits. You can expect smooth, flowing transitions in sync with your breath. We'll wind down towards the end of class with long, and luxurious stretches.
