This is a 50 min Vinyasa Flow with Cheri with a focus on hamstrings. We're looking to balance all the stretching we do to our hamstrings during Yoga by focusing on the contractions of our hamstrings instead. By doing so, we'll be able to stretch our hamstrings further.
