50% Vinyasa, 50% Yin. The first half of class begins with a Flow to move energy and warm the body. You will be lead through a sequence laced with strengthening asanas, creative transitions, and playful balancing. The second half will melt into cooling and relaxing Yin postures. These shapes are held for longer to target connective tissues, and slow down the breath. A perfectly balanced practice.
In this class, you can expect to deepen your practice, while exploring arm balances and inversions. It is intended for intermediate and advanced students and we welcome you to have fun in this class.
