This slower moving class is designed to build strength, control and balance in your entire body and mind. Slow does not mean easy! Slow movements require a different type of strength and core connection, adding a new level of challenge to your practice! You’ll learn to move with conscious control as we break down the nuances of shifting between and into poses by engaging different areas in the body. Take your time bringing more awareness to your movements- find focus, resolve and steadiness in the breath and mind!
