Transition from Tripod to Crow and Crow to Tripod which will need a lot of strength. Teaching how to make this transition smooth and strong.
For new yogis, classes will introduce you to yoga in a supportive setting, and will include beginning standing, balancing, and seated postures. Emphasis will be placed on connecting breath and movement to propel you through the practice.
